About Our Language School

Školica is a language school dedicated to Croatian, based in Munich, in Germany.
Skolica was founded in 2009 by language teacher and translator Iva Bezinović.
Our team combines many years of teaching experience with a passion for Croatian.
We also develop and teach with our own teaching materials.

Anđela started teaching for Školica in 2019. She has a Master's degree in Croatian language and literature and Hungarian language and literature from the University of Osijek. She also speaks English and some German and works as a Croatian, Hungarian and English teacher.

Katarina started teaching online for Školica in 2019. She has an MA in German language and literature (translation studies) and Croatian language and literature (educational studies). Additionaly she has completed the Pedagogical, Psychological, Didactic and Teaching Methodology Training Programm.
Maja has been teaching online for Školica since 2018. She has a MA in Philosophy and Croatian Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb. She speaks English and German.
Marija is responsible for the day-to-day management of Školica since 2018. She also works as a translator. She studied German and French Language and Literature in Zagreb and has worked as a journalist and editor.

Iva founded Školica in 2009. She is head of studies, teaches in Munich and also develops our teaching material. Iva studied​ ​Croatian Language and Literature in Zagreb and went on to work as a translator and teacher at university and grammar school level.

Ana-Marija started teaching online for Školica in 2017. She has a master's degree in English Language and Literature and Pedagogy. She has also experience in teaching children.

Klara has been teaching online for Školica since 2015. She is currently enrolled in the MA program for Croatian Language and Literature and Information science and is also working as a freelance translator and proofreader/editor.

Renata is teaching for Školica online and in Croatia since 2013. She has an MA in German and Croatian language and literature from the university in Rijeka. She has varied teaching experience in teaching Croatian and German.

Lidija has been teaching online for Školica since January 2017 and is responsible for the day-to-day management. She has a MA in Croatian language and literature and Librarianship and has earned her PhD at the University of Zagreb in October 2018. She is experienced in teaching Croatian as a second and foreign language.

Marija started teaching online for Školica in 2016. She has a master's degree in English and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Zadar. She also works as a freelance translator.
